Keep toned by eating an apple, I still don't know if it works but I will try, and you?

I’ve read an article in a Healthy magazine that says:
” An apple a day really does have benefits. Apples contain “ursolic” acid, a compound that helps prevent muscles loss, so adding an apple or two to your regular diet just might keep you toned and lean”.
I’ve start eating it already…..and about you, are you going to try eating an apple a day?

” Eu li um articulo em uma revista que fala sobre manter os músculos firmes comendo maçã, sim isso mesmo, ela é composta por um ácido que se chama “ursolic” que ajuda a prevenir a perda dos músculos comendo uma o duas maçãs diariamente.
Eu já comprei meu estoque, vou provar e você?

    • I believe that eating healthy, and doing some exercise works fine, and I’m always open to try something new, if works or not I really don’.   1. Well they do say an apple a day helps keep the doctor away. I try to eat at least 1 apple a day, and I also mix up the varieties so I don’t become bored.

  2. I am a HUGE apple fan. Once you find apples you like, this won’t be a problem! I don’t know what kind you have over there, but I love Honeycrisp and Pink Lady apples the best. Simply divine 🙂
